Pay it forward is an expression for describing the beneficiary of a good deed repaying the kindness to others rather than paying it back to the original benefactor. It is also called serial reciprocity. Drive 2 Thrive is a youth-focused support program designed to help young people overcome barriers, build life skills, and step confidently into the future.
Our mission is to create accessible pathways for growth, independence, and empowerment — especially for those who need extra support.

But how are you going to pay it forward?

We aim to pay it forward by helping the disadvantaged youth that have struggled with difficult times in their life to give them the opportunities to be able to succeed and grow in this fast growing and changing world. This involves work placement and career opportunities, that’s right not just a job here at Motive & Motion its career pathways! It’s education pathways so that no matter what it is they want to do in life we want them to succeed and were willing to make that happen, because everyone deserves a chance.

At Motive & Motion, we believe every young person deserves the chance to build confidence, independence, and opportunity. You already are! 10% of all profits made from each service go towards helping a child within your local community, therefore we are all helping one another and paying it forward together.
